Lodge at Terralago Amenities Overview

	General Overview Lodge at Terralago Condominium Association is located in Thornton, Colorado at E 128th Avenue and Colorado Blvd. The Association consists of 240 condominiums and was established in 2002. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Pool & Spa The Lodge at Terralago promotes relaxation with their spa and pool, located at 12711 Colorado Blvd. Open during the summer season, the spa and pool are amenities that serve the homeowners rain or shine! Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A code can be acquired by contacting our community manager. ***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.
	Clubhouse Within the community is a clubhouse available for homeowner use. This amenity is a great place to host your next birthday party, family reunion or workout class. Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (By reservation only) Access: Access is permitted to all owners. 	Exercise Room When weather isn’t cooperating or if staying inside is more your style, the Lodge at Terralago’s exercise room is a wonderful place to get in a workout.
